Objective To study the exact frequency and the histological features of cutaneous
intolerance to mechlorethamine (CIM) hydrochloride therapy in patients with cutaneous T-
cell lymphomas, including Langerhans cell histiocytosis. Design A multicenter prospective
study was conducted from January 1, 1994, to May 31, 1996, in 12 different hospitals in
